SPRING TRIPS FOR STUDENTS

FACE, a no-profit association that gives support and helps in the integration of all foreign students in Florence, is organizing some trips for the next months. They are a good chance of know Italy with an economic budget and make friends. To participate, it’s only necessary be a friend of FACE Association for foreign and Erasmus students on Facebook and attend one of the weekly events to pay the trip.
Here are the next ones:
30th April, Montepulciano, Pienza and Montalcino – It costs 15€ and includes a private bus and a guided tour of Monpulciano, Pienza e Montalcino. From the Medieval times and the Renaissance, this were some of the most beautiful Tuscan villages (they are part of UNESCO) because of their location near the hills and particular tuscan style.
14th May, 5 Terre – The price of the excursion is 25€ and includes a private bus from Florence to La Spezia (and vice-versa), entrance in some museums and walks with the Cinque Terre card. Cinque Terre are locates in a rocky costline where the bays are abounded and sourrounded by mountains. It will be possible to see a naturalistic heritage of great variety of vineyards and olives cultivation, kept under control by old dry stone walls.
From 28th to 29th May, Rimini –Rimini is the main city, and the most populated, of the Romagna Riviera and one of the most popular italian places for seaside tourism. For 60€ it will be possible to spend two days in a hotel, with breakfast, diner, beach umbrella and deck chairs included, and visit the city with a guide.
